2.1 Processing Time
The processing time for each service is separate, and the duration may vary based on the client’s specific situation and circumstances.
On average, our services take between 1 to 3 months, but in some cases, the process may extend to 5 to 6 months depending on external factors such as document verification, employer response times, and regulatory approvals.
Clients are advised to be patient and allow adequate time for the completion of the process.
While we strive to provide valuable assistance in job placement and career development, we do not guarantee job offers, sponsorship approvals, visa approvals, or any form of employment. Final hiring decisions rest solely with the employer, and immigration outcomes are determined by relevant authorities.
If we are unable to secure an interview opportunity for you, please refer to our Refund Policy under Section 4.
2.3 NHS Sponsorship Policy
Clients who apply for NHS sponsorship jobs must understand that NHS Trusts operate under their own sponsorship policies, and we do not have control over the terms and conditions of the Trust’s sponsorship process.
Some NHS Trusts provide sponsorship from day one, while others grant sponsorship after a 6 to 8-month probation period, and in some cases, sponsorship is provided at the end of your current visa period.
By choosing to proceed with an NHS sponsorship job application, the client agrees and is bound by these policies set by the NHS Trust. We are not liable for any delays or changes in the sponsorship process by the Trust.
2.4 Consultation Prior to Service Selection
Each individual case is unique, and circumstances vary from client to client.
We highly recommend scheduling a consultation before selecting any service to ensure a clear understanding of the process, timelines, and expectations.
Every case is dealt with individually, and our team will provide personalized guidance based on the client’s specific situation.
3. Client Obligations
By engaging with our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information regarding your qualifications, experience, and career preferences.
Refrain from submitting false or misleading documents or information.
Follow all applicable employment, immigration, and data protection laws.
Act professionally and ethically in all interactions with potential employers.
Acknowledge that securing employment depends on external factors beyond our control, including market conditions, employer decisions, and government regulations.
Failure to adhere to these obligations may result in termination of services without a refund.
3.1 Non-Termination After Successful Interview
If a client successfully completes an interview, they cannot terminate the contract.
Once an interview has been conducted and the employer proceeds with hiring formalities, the client is obligated to continue with the process.
